eBay “FLIGHT” SEAGULLS, BY CAROLYN BLISH, 1977, HAND-SIGNED AND NUMBERED LIMITED EDITION PRINT #321/1,000, MADE FROM HER GORGEOUS WATERCOLOR PAINTING. A HUGE 40 x 26″ PHOTO LITHOGRAPH, WITH A 40 x 26″ IMAGE AREA, AND INCLUDES AN ORIGINAL GREENWICH WORKSHOP PRINT REGISTRATION CARD/CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY (COA). THE PRINT HAS TWO UNFORTUNATE CREASES AND A COUPLE OF MINOR CORNER DINGS (not shown in these photos, which have cropped out the damage. To see how little needs to be matted out, please refer to the last photo of our other Mint Condition print that shows the entire 40″ wide image) ALONG THE LEFT AND RIGHT EDGES: THE ONE ON THE LEFT RUNS ABOUT 2-3″ FROM THE LEFT EDGE, AND THE ONE ON THE RIGHT RUNS ABOUT 1-2″ FROM THE RIGHT EDGE. HOWEVER, THE PRINT IS IN OTHERWISE MINT CONDITION– AND THESE CREASES CAN BE VERY EASILY MATTED OUT. THE PRINT IS 40″ WIDE, SO EVEN MATTING THEM OUT WOULD LEAVE A 34-35″ WIDTH (AND 26″ HEIGHT) OF PRISTINE MINT IMAGE AREA– STILL QUITE HUGE– THIS IS THE IMAGE SHOWN IN THE FIRST PHOTO, WHICH IS ABOUT 35″ WIDE (and please note that her signature and print limitation number are completely visible) ! This print features Blish’s signature use of vast swaths of abstract color and design along with realistic renditions of the birds, which make her watercolors particularly striking. This print is her absolute BEST, and LARGEST, and MOST RARE– no others on eBay, eTsy or Amazon. We also have another, more expensive print, but in perfectly MINT condition, as well as a print of FLIGHT II and WINDSURF– all featuring seagulls.
