LIFETIME MAINTENANCE – McDermott has a maintenance program for their shafts whereby the original owner can send in the shaft TWICE A YEAR to be checked, cleaned, repaired, or replaced. This inspection process includes: checking structural integrity, resand, clean, refinish the shaft, replace the tip, clean the ferrule, and an overall cosmetic evaluation. This maintenance is FREE OF CHARGE to the original owner, but a small fee is charged when the cue is sent in to cover inspection, shipping and handling. Repairs without this maintenance program can be costly which makes this an EXCELLENT DEAL! Warning, please read – There are other sellers on eBay selling new McDermott cues that are not registered authorized dealers with McDermott cue.
