Hi PLEASE READ THIS CAREULLY AND IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE YOU PURCHASE! (It will take less than two minutes of your time) I have been an investor/dealer for more than 38 years. Over that time, I have invested in only a small number of items: vintage Willie Mays cards, Bo Jackson cards, Ken Griffey, Jr. cards, Tom Brady cards, Shohei Ohtani cards, Marilyn Monroe memorabilia, Michael Jordan items, and Pokemon single cards, packs and boxes. I own more than 350 of these special 2018-2019 Hanes basketball cards commemorating the 30th anniversary of the first Fleer Michael Jordan cards and Michael’s association with Hanes. All the cards in the pack are of Michael Jordan. Packs came primarily in specially marked Hanes men’s 10 pack underwear. In addition, some packs were sent in 2018 to select dollar stores. Packs came in either Blue or Red plastic designs. Of the more than 350 packs I still own, ONLY THREE OF THE PACKS HAD THE SILVER STRIP WITH THE WORDS “TRADING CARDS” YOU SEE ON THE BOTTOM LEFT OF THE FRONT OF THIS PACK. Does this mean your chances of getting one of the 10 cards Michael Jordan signed into these Hanes packs are greater than the packs that don’t have the silver strip? No. It does mean that the silver strip packs are rarer than the ones without the strip. How rare? I have no idea, but of the more than 550 Hanes packs I originally had, ONLY FOUR had the silver strip. The three others I have sold with the silver strip design, I sold for $114 each. This is my LAST pack. The price is the same: $114. Oh, a couple of years ago a signed Michael Jordan from one of the Hanes packs sold for A LOT OF MONEY. Remember, he only signed 10 cards!
